We function as a united team responsible for the successful execution of real estate development projects. Together, we oversee every aspect of a project’s lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to construction and completion. As a team, we ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during the process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil Engineering.
- Experienced 5 - 10 years in the Property/Developer industry.
- Experienced in housing construction of more than 100 units.
- Understanding working drawings.
- Have experience of opening a new project land.
- Able to calculate BOQ / Estimated development budget.
- Making an implementation project schedule.
- Placement in Bandung
Qualifications :
- Possess a minimum D3/S1 major in Civil Engineering.
- At least 4 years in Construction / Property as a Project Admin or related field.
- Possess advanced skills in using AutoCAD, Ms Office, and Ms Project.
- Capable of interpreting and understanding technical drawings.
- Display traits of being meticulous, trustworthy, and a good team player.
- Placement in Bandung
Qualifications :
- Possess a minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering or related scientific fields.
- Have a maximum of 5 years experience in the same or related field.
- Competent in performing calculations, planning and reviewing project work, as well as reading construction drawings and calculating RAB and making RKS.
- Proficient in cost analysis and scheduling, and have a good understanding of construction and development techniques.
- Up-to-date with developments in the prices of materials, wages, and tools.
- Have a strong grasp of the work picture.
- Proficiency in operating a computer, particularly with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Autocad software, is a must.
- Placement in Bandung.
