We play a pivotal role in managing WG Property’s human resources and general administrative affairs. Our collective responsibilities encompass recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, payroll administration, and benefits management. Additionally, we work together to oversee general administrative functions, ensuring the smooth daily operations of WG Property.

Qualifications :

  • Possess a minimum S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Legal or related fields.
  • At least 5 years experience in Human Resources, Legal, and General Affairs within the real estate sector.
  • Candidates must be at least 35 years old.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) usage.
  • Experienced in crafting and defining role specifications and KPI to assess the performance and accomplishments of the entire holding company.
  • Proven expertise in managing the complete HR lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Strong background in legal drafting to create and review agreements, contracts, and other legal documents as per the company's requirements.
  • Experienced in coordinating with third-party vendors for various services, including facilities management and other general affairs responsibilities.
  • Expertise in estate management to ensure efficient use and maintenance of company properties.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
  • Placement in Bandung.

 

Kualifikasi :

  • S1 Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Hukum, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia, Hukum, dan GA di industri properti.
  • Kandidat harus berusia minimal 35 tahun.
  • Mahir dalam penggunaan HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Berpengalaman dalam merancang dan menentukan spesifikasi peran dan KPI untuk menilai kinerja dan prestasi dari seluruh perusahaan induk.
  • Berpengalaman mengelola siklus lengkap SDM, termasuk rekrutmen, seleksi, onboarding, hubungan karyawan, dan offboarding.
  • Berpengalaman dalam penyusunan dokumen hukum untuk membuat dan meninjau perjanjian, kontrak, dan dokumen hukum lain sesuai dengan persyaratan perusahaan.
  • Berpengalaman dalam berkoordinasi dengan vendor pihak ketiga untuk berbagai layanan, termasuk manajemen fasilitas dan tanggung jawab urusan umum lainnya.
  • Keahlian dalam estate management untuk memastikan penggunaan dan pemeliharaan efisien dari properti perusahaan.
  • Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang luar biasa untuk bekerja sama secara efektif dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk manajemen senior, karyawan, dan pihak eksternal.
  • Penempatan di Bandung.
