Qualifications :

• Possess a minimum S1 degree in Graphic Design, Arts or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in graphic design, illustration or related field.
• Possess excellent communication, creative, leadership, and time management skills.
• Capable of working collaboratively with other departments to develop and execute the company's vision and strategies.
• Display a strong interest in design and have a deep understanding of design across multiple mediums.
• Proficient in using various editing software for visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, photos and videos.

Qualifications :

• Prior experience in content creation related to the property sector is preferred.
• Demonstrates creativity in generating original and engaging content.
• Responsible for the end-to-end process of content creation, from ideation to execution.
• Possesses strong attention to detail, excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
• Keeps up-to-date with the latest digital and social media trends and actively conducts research in this area.
• Capable of multitasking, working individually or collaboratively in a team, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Proficient in using editing programs for shooting, photo editing, and video editing.
• Skilled in using video editing software such as Corel, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect, or other similar tools.

• Able to draft, design, and create various types of content, including websites, social media, catalogs, banners, layouts, etc.
• Continuously developing creative ideas and staying up-to-date with new design trends in the property development field.
