We function as a united team responsible for the successful execution of real estate development projects. Together, we oversee every aspect of a project’s lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to construction and completion. As a team, we ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during the process.
Qualifications :
- Possess a minimum S1 degree in Architectural Engineering.
- At least 3 years experience in construction and architecture.
- Possess a strong understanding of architectural design, working drawings, and technical specifications.
- Knowledgeable in building products, construction details, and relevant regulations, specifications, and quality standards.
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Landscape, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, 3d Studio VIZ, or similar programs.
- Skilled in visualizing three-dimensional drawings and translating plans into technical drawings.
- Placement in Bandung.
