We play a pivotal role in managing WG Property’s human resources and general administrative affairs. Our collective responsibilities encompass recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, payroll administration, and benefits management. Additionally, we work together to oversee general administrative functions, ensuring the smooth daily operations of WG Property.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of best recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment law/regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment platforms/software.
- Analytical mind with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
Kualifikasi:
- Sarjana di bidang Psikologi, Sumber Daya Manusia, atau bidang terkait; gelar Magister lebih diutamakan.
- Pengalaman dalam bidang rekrutmen, dengan setidaknya 3 tahun dalam peran pengawasan atau manajerial.
- Pengetahuan mendalam terkait strategi terbaik rekrutmen, teknik sourcing, dan hukum/regulasi ketenagakerjaan.
- Keterampilan kepemimpinan dan manajemen tim yang kuat, dengan kemampuan untuk memotivasi dan menginspirasi tim.
- Komunikasi, interpersonal, dan keterampilan negosiasi yang sangat baik.
- Keahlian dalam menggunakan Aplicant Tracking System (ATS) dan platform rekrutmen lainnya/perangkat lunak.
- Pikiran analitis dengan kemampuan untuk menganalisis data, mengidentifikasi tren, dan mengambil keputusan berdasarkan data.
- Tingkat profesionalisme, integritas, dan kerahasiaan yang tinggi.
- Sertifikasi dalam Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan nilai tambah.
